North Spore is an innovative, environmentally conscious mushroom business that specializes in growing high quality gourmet mushrooms for the Portland area. We are currently seeking a production assistant to help us expand our operation. The production Assistant will work with our Production Manager to accomplish all of the tasks associated with our weekly schedule. This is a full time year round position with opportunity for advancement. 

Tasks Include:

•      Producing Mushroom Spawn
•      Preparing bulk substrates
•      Trimming mushrooms and packing orders
•      Maintaining clean work spaces

This position requires reliable transportation and some heavy lifting.
