Are you interested in helping people grow their own food? Want to gain community organizing skills and promote food justice in your community? 

Growing Gardens is searching for a full-time AmeriCorps member to support our Home Gardens Program. The Home Gardens Program works with limited resourced families to build home vegetable gardens and provides three years of gardening education and support including tools, seeds, plant starts, classes, mentoring and more. 

The Home Gardens Coordinator will work alongside families, volunteers, and local partners to conduct outreach, coordinate home garden installations, and provide seeds, plant starts, tools, gardening glasses, mentoring and support to limited-resourced families and individuals. Support fresh-food access, knowledge sharing and community building!
