Faced with expanding opportunities, La Quercia Cured Meats needs to add an Assistant Plant Manger to support our growing operations and help us continue to drive quality improvements.

The Job--- 
The purpose of this position is to provide backup and support for the Plant Manager; to drive quality and efficiency in plant operations, and to create a platform for growth for La Quercia.

Selection Criteria---

• Is excited about the unique opportunity to be part of the leadership team of La Quercia.
• Loves cured meats and wants to make them.
• Good critical thinking and communications skills
• Honesty, integrity, high energy.
• Leadership capability.
• Able to do repeated lifting and work in an environment at 40-50 deg F for extended periods.
• Spanish language skills preferable
• Culinary experience a plus
