Dickson’s Farmstand is a purveyor of a unique selection of artisanal meat and meat products. Our beef, lamb, pork, goat and poultry are sourced from local farms, hand-picked because of their commitment to producing natural, humanely-raised, high-quality and distinctive meat products.
THE POSITION
Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is looking for an
experienced, energetic, curious and able person to lead our retail team at our shop in Chelsea Market into the future.
Responsibilities include training/managing retail team; ensuring smooth communication between sales, cutting and kitchen staff; and guarenteeing customer service at the highest level.
Canidate will ideally have 8 -10 years retail, front of the house, or customer service experience; with a minimum of 3 years in management roles; and a passion for food (and eating).
This is a fabulous opportunity for a retail professional interested in learning about meat and sustainable agriculture to join as growing company with a passionate team. It is not required that you have food experience, but you must have a willingness to learn.
