• Have you collaborated with someone in the past to create and launch certified culinary programs?

• Do you have strong relationships in networks with professional foodie organizations and culinary institutions?

• Are you looking forward to study best-in-class food/restaurants?

• Can you collaborate with Regional Presidents to establish annual targets and goals for each program?

• Does your ability to meet and exceed sales growth and margin performance expectations each year surpass that of others?

• Can you collaborate with the Technology Team to introduce new systems, which will create efficiencies for front and back of house?

• Can you create effective communication platforms for team sharing and library of resources?

• Have you had experience creating consistency in nutritional facts, product information, recipes and data?
  
• Can you create and publish a suite of reports to provide greater insight and detail on overall performance?

• Can you monitor current diet and food trends and develop products identified as areas of opportunity and growth?
