The Marcus Samuelsson Group is seeking an online food editor that wants to get great exposure through our online presence. The editor, working closely with a group of writers, will manage the website’s editorial content. Requirements: First and foremost, the candidate most love food and writing.

To maintain a busy editorial calendar, excellent organization and multi-tasking skills are essential. Responsibilities include managing the editorial calendar (assigning topics, writing articles), editing all content, corresponding with blog contributors, and helping expand our online network of contributors.

Additionally, the job requires working intensely with WordPress and managing a team of interns. A culinary degree, experience in photography, food styling, recipe testing and/or developing are a plus.

Additionally, proficiency in WordPress, Photoshop, and major social media platforms will prove helpful. Applicant should be a hard worker, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who is flexible and can adapt well to new situations.
