We've so enjoyed catering in upstate NY. When we found this commercial kitchen in 2002 we fell in love with this free standing barn wood sided building in Washington County, NY. We've cultivated friendships with farmers, enjoyed lunches under the maple tree and watched the sun set in the big sky of Easton.
