Job Description Mother-in-Law's Kimchi is looking for an operations chief for our fast growing, best tasting kimchi brand sold in the natural and specialty markets. It is the first brand of artisan kimchi sold nationally and a leading pioneer in fermented foods category.

This open position starts asap-January 2015.

Qualifications:

Someone who is whip-smart and engaging with a can-do attitude to be the point person for all aspects of our daily operations but not limited to handling purchase orders, inventory, online orders, sales, logistics, etc. Must be able to manage multiple moving parts, possess excellent communications skills and use diplomacy to manage customers, accounts and outside vendors. 

Experience in related fields of marketing, social media, online sales, finance, any related industries is a plus. A self starter with enthusiasm for food and passion for excellence and BA is required.
