Job description
Momofuku Milk Bar is a high-volume retail bakery operation with multiple locations in NYC looking to hire a front of house manager to oversee our retail bakery locations. Since 2006, we have had a playful approach to familiar desserts using locally-sourced dairy.Our team is self-motivated and positive. This position is very hands-on with responsibility for all front of house functions, systems and processes.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- 5 day work week (may include weekends/holidays) Attendance and participation in weekly manager meetings FOH employee training and continuing education
- Assist with storefront financial goals with FOH and Finance teams
- Maintain quality and standards
- Increase efficiency — constantly audit and update systems Manage the FOH team (management, storefront leaders and hourly staff included.) Delegate additional tasks to members of staff, as needed
- Effectively communicate with all members of staff: train, coach, manager and provide support to ensure productivity while keeping staff morale high
- Adhere to all Health Department, OSHA and ADA regulations
Requirements
