Job Description Natural Gourmet Institute, the leader in health supportive culinary education is looking for an intelligent, energetic, and dedicated Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to innovative, intelligent and conscious food education. The Admissions Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for prospective students and work with the Director of Admissions and Advancement to manage student recruitment, application, on boarding, and department objectives.

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities
Lead Management

  • Inbound lead qualification and management
  • Promptly respond to phone and e-mail inquiries (“leads”) regarding CTP
  • Conduct tours for scheduled appointments and walk-ins
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM
  • Provide department Director with weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and activities
Recruitment Responsibilities        
  • Open House attendance and participation
  • Represent NGI at other events to promote CTP enrollment
Application Process Management
  • Interview prospective students when applicable
  • Assist students in application process
  • Guide students through finance options
  • Maintain accurate records
Department Support
  • Ensure that class onboarding materials are up to date and in place for incoming classes
  • Work with IT to load student notes and materials to the Drive
  • Manage instructor uniform ordering when necessary
  • Scan and store all documents pertaining to student affairs
Assist with other responsibilities on an as needed basis. 

Job Specifics:
  • Start date: TBD
  • Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
  • Healthcare: Full coverage (97% paid by NGI). You may add family members per bi-weekly paycheck deduction. Premium payments based on current coverage rates

  • 2+ years in sales or customer facing position
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate value proposition and company attributes
  • Degree from accredited institution
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SalesForce a plus
