As Junior Controller at Momofuku Milk Bar, responsibilities include...

• Implement and manage accounting and financial processes and procedures across all individual units and commissary kitchen
• Manage all accounting and financial systems and technologies and ensure that all systems and technologies utilized are appropriate for projected growth
• Ensure that all financial reporting is completed timely and accurately
• Work with operational managers to streamline processes and communications with accounting
• Oversee all financial statement audits and reviews and assist in determining departmental goals.
• Operate as a senior team member working alongside Operators, Human Resources and Support Team
• Oversee reconciliations, inventory maintenance, A/P, A/R and cash tracking
• Support senior management on various ad hoc projects
