As Junior Controller at
Momofuku Milk Bar, responsibilities include...

Implement and manage accounting and financial processes and procedures across all individual units and commissary kitchen

Manage all accounting and financial systems and technologies and ensure that all systems and technologies utilized are appropriate for projected growth

Ensure that all financial reporting is completed timely and accurately

Work with operational managers to streamline processes and communications with accounting

Oversee all financial statement audits and reviews and assist in determining departmental goals.

Operate as a senior team member working alongside Operators, Human Resources and Support Team

Oversee reconciliations, inventory maintenance, A/P, A/R and cash tracking

Support senior management on various ad hoc projects
