Immediate opening for a General Manager of a high volume, Italian style cafe on Penn's campus.

We're looking for someone who is professional, yet knows how to bring levity to interaction. Confidence and maturity are prerequisites. Late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays are required. The ideal candidate will be proficient with cost, labor, and inventory control, attention to detail and cleanliness, and a great deal of experience or interest in working a manual espresso machine.

Big personalities, travel junkies, and food lovers encouraged! We need an engaging GM to lead a staff with a lot of skill and personality - bonus points if you speak Spanish. The GM is responsible for keeping the cafe running smoothly on a day to day basis - hiring, firing, employee training and discipline, maintenance, social media, but most importantly ensuring customer service is kept at the highest level possible.
