Capogiro Gelato, ranked #1 in the world by National Geographic, is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing.

Individual should have extensive experience with packaged food and business-to-business sales

Responsibilities include:
- Servicing current accounts, including restaurants, gourmet food stores, institutions and private sales
- Identifying and targeting new accounts and markets
- Develope and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company goals
- Develope and maintain department operating budget
- Develope and execute advertising and promotional activities including print, website, social media, point
-of-sale and outside events
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry groups and individuals
- Promote brand image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events
- Direct sales forecasting and set goals accordingly

Individual must be a motivated self-starter with experience and comfort in dealing with food, restaurants, chefs and branding. He or she must posses a sophistication and complete understanding of the gourmet food industry. This position reports to CEO.
