TCHO Chocolate is looking to add to our seasoned team of creative, highly motivated and high performing individuals who subscribe to its objectives of building a great company, making great products, serving its customers with legendary customer service while also helping to make a better world. The three key aspects that are required for this position are:

1. Customer Service: As the face of the company in our retail store you will be welcoming the public into our doors and inviting them to learn about TCHO and try our chocolate.
2. Barista: As a Blue Bottle Trained Barista you will be creating delicious coffee and chocolate drinks and bringing a smile to everyone's day.
3. Tour Docent: Part of what makes TCHO unique is that our factory is located at Pier 17 with our store. In this position you will give hour-long tours of our factory to the public.   The following skills are required for this position: - strong customer service empathy and awareness - ability to speak comfortably in front of large groups of people - comfort with Lightspeed POS - ability to multitask and bounce around between different stations throughout the day - basic accounting skills to tie off numbers at the end of the day - excitement about artisanal chocolate and educating the public about TCHO!   Individuals who have previous experience working with chocolate, as a tour guide and/or barista are encouraged to apply!
