Mast Brothers are the pioneers of American Craft Chocolate and the international standard for excellence in chocolate making. Sourcing cacao with unique flavor profiles from around the equator, we roast the beans in small batches to create truly handmade chocolate, one of the very few American chocolate makers to do so.  At our flagship factory and retail shop in Brooklyn, our distinctive bars are wrapped in exquisite custom papers and shipped to specialty food shops around the country and around the world.  Today’s preeminent chefs choose Mast Brothers Chocolate for cooking because of its purity and elegant tasting notes.

Duties will include (but not limited to) the following:

• Be an ambassador of Mast Brothers Chocolate in and outside of the workplace.
• Lead, manage, motivate, train and inspire a young sales and marketing team.
• Set and achieve revenue goals while building strong and lasting relationships with wholesale partners, customers and collaborators.
• Create and execute marketing strategies including special events, collaborations, press and public relations, online content (including social media) and printed materials.
• Contribute to the development of existing and new products.

Mast Brothers are the pioneers of American Craft Chocolate.  Our chocolate is sold to renowned chefs, select markets and retail shops alike. We are looking for experienced individuals with the following skills:

• 4 year College Degree
• Dependable and self motivated team player
• Outstanding writing and communication skills
• Negotiating skills
• Market knowledge
• Have a passion for craft chocolate & the local food community
• Positive, passionate, & professional
• 7+ years previous related experience in sales and/or marketing (food industry preferred). 
• Great interpersonal skill is essential. 

Salary range is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.  Full-time positions receive additional benefits including vacation, health, dental, and retirement programs.
