A very popular and busy cafe serving made from scratch american farm to table cuisine is seeking a Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, organized enthusiastic leader.
Specific responsibilities include:
Managing staff of 9 baristas and working closely with our Sous Chef and the BOH staff of 7
Ensuring service standards are met and exceeded
Managing labor costs and other variable expenses to ensure profitablility
Managing social media for the cafe
Ordering and inventory for wine/beer/coffee/paper products
Managing P&L.
Working extremely close with two owners. 1 on site 4 days/week the other at our Commercial kitchen and event space
This position is salaried with health care paid at 50%. Salary commensurate with experience.
