Job description
We are looking for Line Cooks, Servers & Bartenders for Victor’s Café, NYC’s oldest and first elegant Cuban/Spanish cuisine in the heart of Manhattan at 236 W. 52nd St. Founded in 1963, Victor’s is an establishment in NYC for families, weekday and weekend dining, and for corporate/private events. It is a sophisticated, up-scale Cuban cuisine with the finest ingredients, unique menu of 40-50 items, and essence of a Cuban restaurant from 1950s Havana.
Desired Skills & Experience for Line Cooks:
a) 2+ years at a well-known and respected restaurant.
b) Significant knowledge and experience with Latin/Spanish and/or Cuban cuisine
c) Personality -happy, optimistic, and energetic attitude, but balanced with high standards and attitude of success.
d) Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
e) Team oriented
f) Flexibility with Schedule
Servers & Bartenders must be responsible, friendly & have experience.
