Beecher's Handmade Cheese in the Flatiron is looking for early morning Hoop Breakers to work on the production floor and in the cold room.

Applicants must possess the following:

• A background in food production with strict standards of work safety and sanitation.
• Experience in dairy/ cheese manufacturing and/or food science required.
• Ability to lift at least 60lbs repeatedly.
• Availability to early work mornings from 3:00 AM.
• Experience with mechanical repair & maintenance.
• A love of all things cheese!

Food handling experience required.
