Job description

Internship at an inn working to become a farm to table establishment.  We have 11 acres that have been in food production on and off since 1763! We would like to move toward producing as much of our own food as possible.  The internship would include about 30+ hours/week of all aspects of food production, mainly in the kitchen, some work in gardens/animals and producing educational literature based on holistic nutrition.  There is also opportunity for about 20hrs/week paid work, housekeeping, handyperson, and misc. 

The paid work is $8-12 hr depending, and the internship will result in room, 2 squares/day and $175/mo stipend. 

We are looking for people with multiple skills, and self-motivation.  We would like to get many projects started, and your drive will help determine how many we accomplish this year.  Bonuses available depending on commitment. 

Start dates flexible after May until end of October.  Can be anywhere from 2-5 months.
