Job description

Grower works with another full time vegetable grower and management team to plan and manage an established 12-acre organic vegetable operation as an integral aspect of the curriculum for students participating in the Learn to Farm Program at The Farm School (http://www.farmschool.org/prog_practicalfarm.html).  Is responsible for producing beautiful vegetables for an established 150 member CSA, seasonal weekly Farmers’ Markets and wholesale accounts while building student confidence in horticultural skills, growing methods, tractor skills and safety. 

Experience: At least 6 years of production farming experience. 

Hours of Work:  Full time with seasonal fluctuations.
