Company Description:
Belcampo Group is a sustainable agriculture and food production company with farming and agritourism operations across Northern California, Belize, and Uruguay. Our headquarters are in Oakland, California.

Position - Financial Analyst:
We are looking for a talented, high-energy, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multi-task environment and wants the challenge and the excitement of working in a highly entrepreneurial, mission-driven food company. The selected individual will report directly to the CFO and gain first-hand experience in financial strategy and planning for international operations in a casual yet fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting and evaluating data research for ongoing operations;
- Assessing new investment opportunities for economic viability;
- Developing and editing financial and analytic models of varying complexity;
- Performing data analytics in support of business operations,
- Aiding in preparation of presentations and materials for meetings;
- Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline preferred, MBA a plus but not required;
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking,alternatively 3-5 years of experience in a quantitative/analytics & research role;
- Highly motivated, high energy, flexible, creative, positive attitude;
- Detail oriented, with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills;
- Versatile worker, equally comfortable working independently and in a team;
- Able to take direction from multiple sources and multi-task;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;- Knowledge of Spanish a plus;
- Available to travel internationally at short notice
