Howdy!
We're a barbecue startup based in Brooklyn, NY focusing on central Texas barbecue. Currently, we're running a recipe development series called Brisketlab, and we'll soon be transitioning into a pop-up restaurant.

We're looking for someone to join our pit crew.

Candidates should have a strong appreciation for traditional American Foodways, and be willing to commit to the rigor that goes into a craft based food form. Our ideal candidate is a hard worker, a team player, obsessive, perceptive, agile, and a great problem solver. 

This position is full time, and will be mostly nighttime work. We're looking to hire someone who's interested in sticking with the company for a long while, so a strong interest in the product is paramount.
