45 cow Organic dairy and yogurt plant looking for a flexible and observant cow lover who works will with people and animals.  Our fast-paced work environment on an organic farm nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains necessitates a flexible, fast-learner, who can be available for farmer's hours throughout the year.  You could start part time to prove your mettle and segue to full-time once you've acquired the skills we need you to have (so, experience counts, but it isn't necessarily required to be considered for this position) - these skills include, but are not limited to milking, heat detection, barn and stable maintenance, minor repairs, feeding hay and grain, fencing, assisting the stable manager as required, working in the solar barn and assisting with rotational grazing.
