BrightFarms is hiring growers to operate state-of-the-art greenhouses on site at supermarkets starting in Yardley, PA, Minneapolis, MN and Las Vegas, NV. ….and they want you to share in ownership and management of these new green businesses!

Brightfarms is building a network of growers to supply supermarkets with locally-grown produce including lettuce, tomatoes, and herbs. The endeavor includes training, technology and tools to work with supermarkets. Brightfarms provides the capital to construct the greenhouse and provides an agreement with the supermarket to purchase the produce grown at the farm. 

BrightFarms is seeking interested people with entrepreneurial spirits who have a passion for farming, sustainability, food quality and share the company’s mission to reduce environmental impacts from industrial agriculture.

Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of hydroponic growing experience.
