Sullivan Street Bakery seeks a Personal/Executive Assistant to assist the owner with his day-to-day and professional activities.

Duties include (but are not limited to! organizing and managing a busy schedule and stream of correspondence, running errands, helping out in baking classes, and setting up and attending industry events.

The ideal candidate should be a great writer, a good driver, knowledgeable about food and the restaurant industry, annoyingly punctual, and have an uncommon amount of common sense.

The ability to solve problems quickly and independently is crucial.

This position requires someone with exceptional office skills…who is also comfortable getting dirty in the rooftop garden or getting dressy to network with well-known industry professionals.

A love for eating good bread is essential. Working long hours and some weekends is the norm, but expect to enjoy amazing food, wonderful colleagues, and many unexpected adventures.
