THIS PAST WEEK . . .
we went through the exercise of documenting what we ate every day. We don't often make a habit of this practice, but it provided a sense of mindfulness that was welcome in the cold winter months. It reminded us to be more conscious of eating a variety of foods, and it also gave us another way to appreciate what we eat.
We relish in good food, especially enjoyed in good company. The instagram image below is from our monthly meeting with our web developer, Efy, whose silky homemade hummus (accompanied by anecdotes about buying hummus and tahini while traveling in Israel) have kept us dreaming about it all week. We love these regular work and lunch meetings for two distinct reasons:
1. We really enjoy taking time each month, in person, to evaluate the existing website
and work through new developments, and
2. We always enjoy a really good meal together.
Not surprisingly, our best ideas often come about while sitting around the table, talking about things other than the website. If you have anything to add to this past week's conversation about updating our home page design / layout, please chime in.
We're wishing you a week of eating good food in great company.
Cheers,
Taylor & Dorothy
