AND SO IT GOES . . .
If you've been with us over the years, you recognize that we're in constant pursuit of simplicity. We do our best to regularly evaluate what works for us and what does not. In our latest evaluation, we're deciding to finally shift away from Twitter.
We continue to fight against the prevailing theory that one has to be everywhere to matter - or that people only have enough attention to capture in 280 characters or less.
Alas, we prefer to focus our energies on the channels that mean more to us - such as GFJ Stories (that keep getting better and better and more deeply represent what GFJ is all about - we can say that ourselves because we are simply the platform for an ever-renewing pool of talented writers and photographers who choose and develop these stories, and are therefore just as invested in them as we are).
In a world of sounds bites we continue to value conversations. And we're glad to be able to sit and share with you.
