ONE SIMPLE TRUTH . . .
is that the easiest and most healing thing one can do is go outside, into nature. This may not be as easy as it sounds. Life is full . . . of work, demands, technology, obligations. A simple task - like taking time to be in the woods - can be hard to execute.
But there's no better time of year than now to start. The ramps are up in our neck of the woods, and morels are not far behind. There's beauty in all of this wet rain and damp days. We love seeing the forest floor slowly overcome with green. We love seeing nature be far more productive than we'll ever hope to be.
