AS PROMISED . . .

We bet you thought we were pulling your leg. After nearly a year of teasing you we finally launched the new GFJ site design. Change can be hard, especially when you've gotten comfortable in your ways. But we are hoping that the fresh look and increased functionality will win you over.

A few highlights:

• THE HOMEPAGE // a total overhaul that more accurately conveys the spirit of GFJ.
• THE HEADER + MENU + SEARCH BAR // new and improved for easier navigation across the site (if you're having trouble finding the search area, just click the red magnifying glass).
• THE MY ACCOUNT SECTION // A more streamlined design and new features for employers to keep track of their job posts.
• PRICING PAGE // to better express the value of posting a job on GFJ.

As always, new endeavors often come with kinks and errors. We hope that you will reach out when you see something that does not work or needs improvement. We might not know it's happening if you don't tell us, and we're always happy to hear from you.

Perhaps most importantly, we are so thankful for the kindness and contributions of this incredible community. Many of you were inspired by the HOW TO BUILD COMMUNITY feature last week, and wrote in just to let us know. Fortunately, someone also wrote to alert us of the source of those words, which we happily share with you now: the Syracuse Cultural Workers provide multiple ways to remember these wise words (as well as many others).
