IN THE NORTHEAST . . .
we're in the throes of Fall. Every weekend, the roads are lined with all manner of folks, passing the season in a variety of ways: there are the leaf peepers and the apple pickers; there are those shuttling back and forth from the hardware store, furiously getting the last of the outdoor projects done before the cold descends upon us; there are those hard at work in the yard, prepping to be able to start afresh come Spring. And there are people soaking up these crispy days, when you can still feel the warmth of the sun on places besides the bit of face sticking out of your hat/scarf/hood - riding on their bicycles, or motorcycles, or cruising in their vintage cars.
There are so many ways to find your peace with the turning of the year. It matters not which one you choose, so long as you choose something.
