DON'T TAKE ANY PART OF THE PROCESS FOR GRANTED . . .
This week feels like a small slice of heaven. The trees in bloom take our breath away. As we travel through the day, our hearts practically melt for the vibrant colors on the chock-full tree limbs, a new one around every corner. Words don't do justice to describe the life force that we feel around us. The vibrations work their way into the depths of our soul and we can't help but have hope for the world and everything in it.
These highs are only possible in tandem with the lows. That beauty and abundance and seeming perfection can only come after a spell of the barren, dark, cold and/or messy. And that's okay. Because I'd live through 1,000 winters to experience the spring.
So today we ask that you respect the process - each and every part of it. Things will not always be great all the time (no matter what anyone's social media feed says). Whatever hurdles stand in your way - be it the realization that you are human, falling or failing to the point of feeling like you can't get back up, losing a relationship or a loved one, crying as much as your small child does in a day, or not coming close to finishing the items on your to-do list, know that the cycle will come around again. We can't pretend that the process is easy. But it's worthwhile to acknowledge and respect it. It might even help build up your faith that life can and will bring magic again.
