Job description

 • Part Time Baristas with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in specialty coffee.

 • A Lead Barista with at least 3 years of specialty coffee experience and leadership skills.

 • Warm, friendly, and positive personalities who connect well with our customers and team.

 • A commitment to exceptional customer service and hospitality, making everyone feel at home.

 • Skill in brewing coffee, pulling espresso shots, dialing in grinders, making pour-overs, and crafting beautiful latte art.

 • Ability to thrive in a busy environment, multitask with grace, and remain calm under pressure.

 • Team players who are reliable, cooperative, and eager to help out with any task—from making drinks to keeping the shop clean and organized.

 • NYC Food Handler’s card is a plus.

 • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

What We Offer:

 • Barista pay: $16–$20/hour.

 • Lead Barista pay: $20–$24/hour.

 • Estimated tips that average $5/hour on top of  hourly pay.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $16.00 - $24.00
