Job Description Extremely successful, dynamic and growing Hospitality Firm looking for a high energy, creative, talented and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team!

Duties will be working on internal bookkeeping working with AP, AR, Check, Credit Card Reconciliations, Financial Statements, Monthly Closing and General Accounting.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must be a QuickBooks expert with 3-5 years of experience
Must have prior restaurant or hospitality experience
Heavy Full Charge Bookkeeping experience a must
Must be efficient and expeditious
Heavy QuickBooks Running Payroll Running reports via QuickBooks on Cash and Accrual basis,
Processing with AP, AR, Check, Credit Card Reconciliations, Financial Statements, Monthly Closing and General Accounting as well as Write-ups for clients.
Strong written and oral communication skills
