We are currently seeking a Wash Barn Manager to oversee vegetable washing, culling, and packaging. This individual will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage quality control in a quick and efficient manner. We are looking for someone who loves to be outside, likes to work in a dynamic environment with people from all backgrounds, and can be an effective leader. Here's what one can expect:
Seasonal Job, May - November
We are hoping to fill the position with someone who likes to travel as much as we do, or someone with a passion for winter sports. Cost of living is almost $0 for our employees, so every penny you make here could be in your pocket at the end of the season to take with you to the ski hill or Indonesia! Long story short, we need someone who can commit to more than one season, so have a plan for your winter before applying.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Full time
Room and Board Included (private room)
Access to a top-of-the-line shared kitchen space
Pay: Weekly Salary based on Experience
Activities:
-Water seedlings in the propagation houses
-Sanitize wash tubs and countertops
-Fill vegetable wash station with water and organize packing materials until vegetable harvest crew returns with the bounty
-Efficiently clean and pack vegetables while culling undesirables
-Listen to music, laugh, and maintain positive attitude
-Fill all wholesale orders and organize walk-in coolers
-Maintain clean and organized cooler and workstations
-Complete daily inventory checklist to ensure that all vegetables needed for markets and wholesale are cleaned, packed, and ready for transport Compensation this position is How to apply
