We launched in July 2014, and the company is still as young and hungry as it gets. We need creative thinkers who are passionate about rebuilding a fragmented food distribution system.
What you’ll do...
- Manage a team of Account Executives
- Personally invite the chefs and their suppliers to join Improvonia.
- Work with our internal creative teams to develop new campaign briefs; guide the creative development of testable new concepts.
- Drive revenue generation for Improvonia through prospecting, qualifying and closing new business
- Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
- Serve as a key spokesperson for Improvonia in the industry
- Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
- Provide dedicated account management to strategic accounts
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings
- Be prepared to share knowledge and communicate with teams around the country
- 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing,
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
- A "no task is too small" attitude
- Naturally curious; you’re inspired by the road less traveled and finding creative solutions that others haven’t considered.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail.
- Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
