Account Executive Improvonia

Job Description Improvonia is a web and mobile ordering app that connects food & beverage suppliers with their wholesale customers. We do not buy, supply, or deliver the goods. We exist for the sole purpose of improving communication, and strengthening the relationships between buyers and sellers.

We launched in July 2014, and the company is still as young and hungry as it gets. We need creative thinkers who are passionate about rebuilding a fragmented food distribution system.

What you’ll do...
  • Personally invite the chefs and their suppliers to join Improvonia.
  • Work with our internal creative teams to develop new campaign briefs; guide the creative development of testable new concepts.
  • Drive revenue generation for Improvonia through prospecting, qualifying and closing new business
  • Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for Improvonia in the industry
  • Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Provide dedicated account management to strategic accounts
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Be prepared to share knowledge and communicate with teams around the country
What you’ll need...
  • 0-3 years experience in sales, marketing,  
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
  • A "no task is too small" attitude
  • Naturally curious; you’re inspired by the road less traveled and finding creative solutions that others haven’t considered.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
