Belcampo Meat Co is looking for an Assistant Manager for our Butchery Department! The Assistant Manager / Butcher of Belcampo Meat Co should have an interest in artisan butchery, and great customer service skills! ASSISTANT MANAGER / BUTCHER
- 2+ years in retail meat cutting and/or professional kitchen (hourly rate determined by experience)
- Experience or interest in working with whole animals
- 1+ year Basic Management Experience
- Highest attention to detail and cleanliness
- 1Passionate about sustainable and organic meat, farming and food education
- Candidates must be able to self-manage
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and always provide the best possible customer service
- Upbeat and positive personality
