We have 26 taps that rotate constantly with a variety of craft beers, ciders, and meads.  The Birch specializes in beer and cheese with a food menu that includes grilled cheeses inspired by our favorite beers, cheese and charcuterie plates, and snacks. We also have an extensive bottle list. We are located in an emerging neighborhood in an industrial setting with a clear garage door that opens onto our small patio. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Bartending Full Time
- Training employees 
- Closing cleaning procedures
- Closing out the register
- Monitoring service behind the bar and on the floor
- Maintaining Inventory
