Job Description I am seeking an experienced restaurant operator looking to work in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere. The ideal Operating Partner will make an equity investment into the business and will earn a guaranteed salary as an Owner/Operator.  

The Operating Partner will work the day to day operation of the cafe and be in charge of all aspects of running this particular location.
 
I am looking to invest less of my time and energy in the cafe and am interested in finding a partner that is interested in being more involved in the day to day, and expanding the business even more.

Buy in is $150,000. Guaranteed $50,000 salary/year with potential to make back your buy in less than two years.  
I am willing to finance. We can also discuss you working off your buy-in.
