WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades operator to manage and develop relationships with our Vendors: You’re an experienced communicator with a mind for navigating partnerships.
WHAT’S THE JOB, REALLY?
- Build partnership and community with the entire platform of Chewse Vendors
- Steer our new Vendors through training and onboarding, and monitor their progress through the first 30 days on our platform
- Operate ongoing training to ensure Vendor success
- Be hands on with inbound communication from our Vendors – find solutions in the moment, and find answers that serve us long-term
- Interface with other Chewse teams to build and complete special projects
- 1 to 100 years experience in account management, operations, or community management
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude
- Great phone and in-person presence
- Past startup experience nice but not required
- Humble confidence, and hunger for learning strictly required
- Love of food, a belief in the Chewse mission, and hands-on understanding of the restaurant business
