Job Description Mission Pie is a thriving bakery and restaurant in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission District that serves an affordable array of delicious meals and desserts at affordable prices. Mission Pie is devoted to working with the highest quality fruits, vegetables, grains, meat and dairy products with a strong focus on California producers.

We are seeking a full-time experienced baker. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a baker in a professional food business and a demonstrated record of adding value to the workplace. The position includes baking, production, new product development, and mentorship and training.  Mission Pie is committed to work share, collaboration and good communication; candidates should have demonstrated strength in the above, and should bring a knowledge of and respect for the regional food landscape.
All positions are hourly. Baker’s shifts begin as early as 5:00 am daily. Weekend availability is critical.
