Job Description This is a rare and exciting opportunity to manage our chef-owned LES institution and help launch its new expansion next door. You will lead a tight-knit group of 15+ employees and track 400+ customers per day.  Schedule is mostly morning/daytime with some nights.

You are assertive, personable, flexible, productive and detail oriented. You are a born leader. You will work very closely with ownership and must have experience with hiring, ordering, scheduling, display upkeep, and POS. Job includes light reconciliation of money and sales reports generation. Experience as a barista, cashier, server or host not obligatory but floor experience necessary. 

You must love food. You are adept at -- and conscious of -- sales and hospitality. You can handle people & office work simultaneously and leap tall buildings in a single bound! You are looking for a strong work family to join and should be serious about spending at least one year helping us grow. Simple, streamlined and easy is our motto.
