Job Description A small but rapidly growing, high-end quick service restaurant chain is seeking an experienced director of operations to join our team. This individual would be responsible for cultivating the best possible teams at each location, controlling costs, helping implement our planned expansions, and overseeing overall operations of the restaurant group. 

The ideal candidate must be a hands-on worker with an attention to detail and excellent training and motivation skills. Must have extensive experience in restaurant operations, in the higher end of the quick service industry and in operating multiple locations.
