The Role: Corporate Snack Account Manager Snacks are so hot right now! Once a niche trend, now all leading tech companies are providing employees snacks and beverages as a standard perk. Unfortunately the most innovative companies in the world are still feeding their team generic chips and soda. With the world’s largest catalog of natural, artisanal brands, BBF has the answer. Currently the growth engine of BBF, the Corporate Snack Program is hiring charming, detail oriented Account Managers to keep our corporate customers coming back for more. Because we’re a start-up, we also need smart, innovative thinkers, willing to go the extra mile to improve our organizational systems. This is an entry level position with tons of room for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships across a portfolio of 30-50 accounts
  • Review and ensure customer account records and preferences are up to date
  • Build close personal relationships with top 20 clients
  • Regularly check-in with clients by phone, email and site visits
  • Systematically prioritize accounts based on importance and revenue
  • Become intimate with the catalog of products
  • Interface with logistics and data team to make sure clients are receiving the best possible service
  • Pack and occasionally deliver orders from our warehouse as needed
  • Support Account Executive by alerting them to growth opportunities and at-risk customers

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years in a fast paced consumer facing role
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience with spreadsheets and data management
  • Customer service, food or tech start-up experience a plus
