Sous Chef candidates must have at least 5 years line cook experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen of high quality food preparation and any sous chef or lead-line experience is a bonus. Candidate must have some experience with cost-of-goods and inventory management.
Job expectations include (but are not limited to): Cost-of-goods management, ordering and inventory management, some menu planning, prep schedules, and multiple line shifts per week as well as possible Expo shifts. Compensation this position is : salaried How to apply
