Job Description Friends & Farms is a regional aggregator of produce (fruits and vegetables), protein (meat, poultry and seafood), dairy and bread. Fresh food is received weekly and portioned and packed into bags of groceries for customers in Baltimore, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties and Baltimore City.

F&F is looking for an experienced warehouse manager to oversee all back of house operations, including in-bound freight, packing, truck distribution, cleaning and sanitation and HACCP compliance. Demonstrated capability to train and supervise staff is a must. Prior experience with food related businesses and/or a strong interest in food is a plus.

Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work both as a team and lead a team.  Candidates must also have the capability to meet minimum physical requirements for the job, which include:

- Local hauling of agricultural products 
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling packages up to 75 pounds
- Working in environments with varying temperatures and humidity 

ServSafe, truck driving experience and a current DOT medical are desirable. 

Salary commensurate with experience. Will provide allowance for relocation.
