Operations Coordinator for Dillon Restaurants:
Sitka & Spruce, Bar Sajor, The London Plane, The Corson Building, Bar Ferd'nand, and Old Chaser Farm
Perform duties focused on support functions within dynamic multi-unit restaurant group. Role is ideal for hard-working and organized person, who is enthusiastic about food and business, and is looking for hands-on experience and opportunities for growth.
FINANCE:
Help in food and beverage inventory procedures
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
HR:
Maintenance of basic recruitment and retention programs
Personnel file review and maintenance
Benefits administration
PERMITS/FACILITIES:
Review of monthly permits & facilities checklist
Permit renewals as applicable
TECH ASSISTANCE:
Maintain user list for email, shared calendar, and file sharing systems
MEDIA/PUBLIC RELATIONS:
Basic update of website (menus, hours of operations) Receive/screen Press inquiries
Monthly newsletter to subscribers
Maintenance of printed materials (business cards, postcards, posters)
Maintenance of charity relationships
EVENTS:
