Giulia, just named “Best Italian” by Boston Magazine, is looking for a line cook.
Chef Michael Pagliarini is looking for an ambitious and talented cook to join the team at Giulia on a full time basis. Giulia is a chef-owned and operated Italian restaurant where you will work closely with the chef and sous chef on a daily basis. There is a custom built table where all the pastas are made, top shelf ingredients, an open kitchen and an intimate neighborhood setting. Applicants should have at least two years of experience working in upscale restaurants. Knowledge and appreciation for the traditions of Italian cooking preferred.
