Our Ops team makes the magic happen by packing up customer orders and then delivering that amazing food to customers around the Bay Area. New team members are eligible for full-time employment after a 3-week training period. Part-time positions and flexible schedules are available for this role.

What you’ll do on the job:
• Delight our customers by delivering delicious, local food to their doorsteps.
• Prep and pack customer orders and ensure the right items get to the right place.
• Help maintain our warehouse and keep it organized (we actually call it our warehome but more on that when we give you the tour).
• Write up your notes and provide feedback about how we can improve our operations and get better and better at this.
Requirements:
• A personal vehicle you can drive for Good Eggs (we have an awesome mileage reimbursement of $0.68/mile)
• Previous experience in customer service, delivery driving or operations
• Clean driving record and valid car insurance
• A smartphone you are willing to use with our delivery app and for navigation (we offer a subsidy if you don't have a smartphone)
• Nice to have but not required: knowledge of greater Los Angeles roads and freeways
