Job Description Dickson’s Farmstand is a purveyor of a unique selection of artisanal meat and meat products. Our beef, lamb, pork, goat and poultry are sourced from local farms , hand-picked because of their commitment to producing natural, humanely-raised, high-quality and distinctive meat products. 

The Kitchen at Dickson's is responsible for all charcuterie, smoked and cured meats, sausage making, and an array of sauces, condiments, pickles and preserves. Additionally, we serve lunch daily.

Candidates work side by side with our FCI alum executive chef, learning the ins and outs of the our complex nose-to-tail program.

This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn about whole animal butchery/cooking, charcuterie, as well as the farm to retail supply chain. Come see what its like to have your passion for food meet in the middle with your passion for having a life.
